Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, replacements, and order issues are handled by Buy Disposables Australia (“we,” “us,” “our”). Because we sell consumer goods that may include sealed, hygiene-sensitive, or tamper-evident products, some items may be non-returnable once dispatched (for example, where packaging is opened or seals are broken).

1. Order Review & Confirmation
Orders may be reviewed for accuracy, eligibility, payment verification, and fulfilment feasibility (including delivery restrictions). Once an order is confirmed and enters processing, we may be unable to cancel or amend it.
2. When Refunds or Replacements May Be Available
If an issue occurs, we may offer a replacement, store credit, reshipment, or refund depending on the situation, stock availability, and verification. Common scenarios may include:
- Item arrived damaged (with supporting photos and packaging evidence)
- Incorrect item(s) received
- Package marked delivered but not received (subject to carrier checks, address verification, and delivery evidence)
- Order cannot be dispatched within the stated timeframe (see “Delivery Delays” below)

3. Non-Returnable / Limited Return Items
For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, some items may not be eligible for return after dispatch, including:
- Opened or used products
- Items with broken tamper-evident seals (where applicable)
- Items returned without prior authorisation
- Items missing original packaging or components
If a product is defective, incorrect, or arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll work with you on the most appropriate resolution, consistent with applicable consumer guarantees.
4. Reporting Timeframes
To help us resolve issues quickly, please report order problems within 72 hours of delivery (or the first delivery attempt), and include your order number plus supporting photos (item condition, packaging, delivery label). Delays in reporting may limit available resolution options where evidence can’t be verified.
5. Shipping Delays & Unshipped Orders
If we cannot dispatch within the stated timeframe (or within a reasonable timeframe where no timeframe is stated), we may contact you with an update. Where an order has not been dispatched, we may offer cancellation and a refund in appropriate cases.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and can be affected by carrier constraints, public holidays, address issues, or compliance-related destination restrictions.
6. Refund Method & Timing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method where possible.
- Processing times vary by payment provider and your bank.
- Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless required by law or due to our error.
If you paid using a method with settlement delays (e.g. some crypto or alternative payment rails), timing may vary depending on the processor’s policies and verification requirements.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it. Submitting a chargeback or dispute may pause or end internal refund processing while the dispute is investigated by the payment provider.
